　　加拿大維多利亞大學UVIC的英文語言中心ELC（Eglish Language Centre）的國際學生課程，一向以高品質與生動活潑聞名世界。本中心成立於1970年，至今已有40年歷史。每年擁有超過2200位學生於ELC就讀，學生來自全球各地，如：日本、土耳其、哥倫比亞、墨西哥、泰國、法國、西班牙、德國、蘇俄、韓國、阿根廷、委內瑞拉、台灣、巴西、安曼及瑞士等國。UIVC並於2006. 2007年榮獲Best Comprehensive University in Canada (Macleans Magazine)

Access to Degree Programs

Successful completion of the ELC's University Admission Preparation Programsprepares students to study at English-speaking universities and satisfies the UVic language requirement for undergraduate and graduate programs. Students with a TOEFL score of 500 who meet the academic requirements for admission to UVic will be granted conditional acceptance to undergraduate programs.
